Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges only if items are received damange.  

We do have a 7-day return policy on damaged items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be damaged, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will receive the exact item if still available and if no longer available you will receive a store credit minus the shipping cost.  

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted you will receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping fees.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
